A Witch's Harvest Seeded Honey

What better way to incorporate seeds into your diet but through honey!

Directions for use: Add desired amount to foods like yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, oil and vinegar for a salad dressing, herbal tea or coffee, or a spoonful for a quick energy boost, on top of ice cream, even add to a cup of warm water for a quick tea.

Ingredients (all organic): local raw wildflower honey [Haw Creek Honey], brown flax seeds, golden flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, black chia seeds, pumpkin seeds
