Seasonal Celebrations - Samhain @ Ginny Lou's

Autumn is arriving here in Southern Appalachia and I am busy preparing for the coming months in my home!

Samhain, a Celtic holiday, coincides with the time of year where the world around us is letting go. Plants begin to fade into their long Winter slumber and their own ancestral journeys. The maples are turning their brilliant reds and the days are the nights stretch longer and longer. 

As we prepare our homes for the Winter to come, we also should be preparing our magickal practice and altars. In this class we will focus on the fire of our magickal hearth and protective rites we should be doing as well as creating a place to store our magickal wanderings and words for our Ancestors, and for when we become our own Ancestor. 

Join me as we dress several 7 day candles to use throughout the Samhain months as well as craft and magickally prepare a very special book for you to use in your practice. We will dive into wax reading divination and more.

Get in touch with the crafty witch inside of you and make plans to join us! We must have 8 participants to hold class due to the complexity of supplies for this class. 

You must pay to register. Please register by October 1st so we can guarantee supplies. 

Fee for class: $75

Ginny Lou's is located at 74 S. Main Street, in downtown Marshall.
