Fire cider everyday? Really? Yes, you need this amazing medicine in your daily self-care regimen. Fire Cider is a popular herbal folk remedy created by Rosemary Gladstar back in the 70’s. The tasty combination of vinegar and honey infused with herbs is an especially pleasant and easy way to boost natural health processes, aids digestion, and can assist the body in many ways. It aids the processing organs, helps with circulation, blood-pressure, immunity, allergies, blood sugar levels, the list goes on and on. It isn’t a cure-all, but can be included into a great wellness regimen.

Because this is a folk preparation, the ingredients can change from year to year depending on what is in season and growing near you. Being a local food junkie myself, it is important to me to support the farmer that is local and at my local farmer's market! It is a very sustainable way to support your local community and local economy and something I take very seriously!. You are not contributing to emissions from transporting food across the country and many times from out of the country. You are not contributing to Big Agriculture. Yep, that is a real thing. Plus, when you actually get to speak to the farmer that raised your food, you grow closer to your food. I know so many farmers that take such good care of their crops and livestock, happy farms surround me here in the mountains of North Carolina and I bet you have some near you.  

Directions for use: 1 tsp a day for good health taken with food.  Take as a tonic or in foods such as sandwiches, soups, and salads.
