Áine's Fire - Fire Cider - Queen of Thieves

Our Fire Cider is a warming blend of vegetables and herbs infused in organic raw apple cider vinegar with the “Mother” and good local honey from Haw Creek Honey Asheville.

Using all organic ingredients, our proprietary blend starts with horseradish, ginger, garlic, onions, cayenne, lemon and orange peel, and then we add sage, oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram and fennel. This blend highlights the Summer growing season and the herbs that love the Summer sun!

• This warming blend is great to have stocked in your home apothecary during the cooler months for a warming shot of apple cider vinegar
• Perfect over salads, greens, beans, veggies, sandwiches and wraps, in soups and stews, or as a shrub in mocktails, cocktails or sparkling water
• Fire cider if great to add to recipes, marinades and condiments to add a punch of flavor.
• Using lots of local ingredients from farms all over Western North Carolina, we gather these ingredients throughout the year and preserve them for our fire ciders.
• The “Mother” is the culture of beneficial microorganisms that transforms apple cider into vinegar. Raw foods have many benefits for our bodies.  Our Fire Cider is never heat-treated, so it retains the Mother’s living prebiotics and probiotics, as well as the honey's beneficial enzymes.

 Directions for use: 1 tsp a day for good health taken with food. Take as a tonic or in foods.

Ingredients (All organic): apple cider vinegar, locally harvested honey from Haw Creek Honey,  orange peel (Citrus sinensis), lemon peel (Citrus limon (L.) N.L. Burm.), cayenne (Capsicum annuum L.), ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), onion, horseradish root, garlic, sage (Salvia officinalis), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.), marjoram (Origanum majorana), oregano (Origanum onites), basil (Ocimum basilicum), fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare Mill).
