Cailleach's Apiary | Gylden Milk Infused Honey

CAILLEACH'S APIARY: This product is from the Cailleach's seasonal Winter line and our Apiary family of herb-infused honeys.

Warming turmeric infused honey blended to add to your meals everyday! Blended to make a lovely turmeric bedtime beverage to help you rest. 

Directions for use: Add desired amount to foods like yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, oil and vinegar for a salad dressing, herbal tea or coffee, or a spoonful for a quick energy boost, on top of ice cream, even add to a cup of warm water for a quick tea.

To make a cup of Gylden Milk you will need 1 cup of dairy beverage, 1 tablespoon of Gylden Milk infused honey. Warm dairy beverage in a small pan on the stove on low. When warm, add honey and blend well. Serve while warm and enjoy! Easy! 

Ingredients (all organic) : local raw wildflower honey [Haw Creek Honey], turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, ashwagandha
