Adapt to the Day Herbal Coffee blend


Full of adaptogenic herbs that help balance the body and help us manage stress. This delicious coffee substitute is so much better for you! Take everyday to increase its effectiveness, or take after meals to aid in digestion. Add a little coconut oil to help the bitter compounds become more digestible and be more permeable.




Roasted Chicory root, Roasted Dandelion root, Burdock root, Carob, Cinnamon, Chaga, Maca, Eleuthero root, Holy Basil, Stinging Nettles, Milk Thistle


Brew one tablespoon of blend per one cup water in coffee maker, or steep one tablespoon blend in one cup boiling water for 20 to 30 minutes.

Can also make bigger batch on stove, or for darker roast. Simmer one tablespoon of blend to one cup of water for 20 minutes, strain and can keep in fridge for a few days.

Sweeten and add cream as you would coffee.
